The average median home price for Osceola, Orange, Lake, and Seminole counties in January was $198,500, a steady increase of more than 11 percent from this time last year. In January, there was an increase in pending sales across all four counties, while active listings have dipped slightly.

There are currently 10,260 active listings in Central Florida. With fewer homes on the market and mortgage interest rates set to rise in 2017, now is the time for homeowners interested in selling a home to talk to a Realtor®️ to get the ball rolling.
