The average median home price for Osceola, Orange, Lake, and Seminole counties in December was $204,375, an increase of more than 11 percent from this time last year. The average median home price, however, continues to hold steady month over month. In December, there was an increase in closed sales across all four counties, which means we head into the new year with fewer homes for buyers to choose from.
