We do this for you, the home buyer or seller, to provide you with insight on what is happening in the local market. We hope our monthly Central Florida real estate market updates (including our January 2017 real estate market update, where you can compare the previous month's numbers to this month's numbers) help with your real estate needs when it comes to buying or selling your next home in Central Florida.

The average median home price for Osceola, Orange, Lake, and Seminole counties in February was $198,500, which continues to rise steadily from this time last year (by more than 12 percent), and is an increase from last month as well.

There are currently 10,031 active listings in Central Florida. As active homes on the market continue to decrease, and with mortgage interest rates set to rise in 2017, now is the time for homeowners who may have once been on the fence about selling a home to talk to a Realtor®️ and start the process.
