All counties saw a slight decrease in median home prices compared to September 2018, but median home prices were up throughout all four counties compared to this time last year. Seminole County experienced the biggest increase in median home price with a 10.0% increase compared to September 2017, followed by Osceola County with a 9.1% increase year over year. Osceola County and Orange County saw an increase in closed sales compared to September 2018. Osceola County saw the largest increase in closed sales year over year with a 23.6% increase, followed by Seminole County with a 10.5% increase in closed sales compared to October 2017. There are plenty of homes still on the market with Central Florida having 10,678 active listings.
