Seminole County and Orange County saw double-digit increases in closed sales, with a 17.9% increase and a 10.8% increase, respectively. The real estate market is highly active this time of year. All four counties saw an increase in median home price compared to this time last year, with the biggest being Osceola County, which saw a 12.8% increase in median home price. There are plenty of homes still on the market with Central Florida having 9,161 active listings.
