The average median home price for Osceola, Orange, Lake, and Seminole counties in May was $200,842. This is a number that has continued to rise month over month since January of this year, making 2016 the ideal time put your home up for sale if you’ve been considering doing so.

There are currently 11,186 active listings in Central Florida. While an increase in new inventory has hit a standstill, it’s a seller’s market. If you’re looking to list your home, it would be in your best interest to do it now. Summer is the time many buyers are out looking to make a move. They are just waiting for new homes that fit their lists of needs and wants to hit the market.
