Central Florida real estate market update February 2016

The average median price for Osceola, Orange, Lake, and Seminole counties in February was $178,000. While this number had taken a small dip in January, it shows a slight increase over this past month.

There are currently 11,506 active listings in Central Florida. This number continues to increase from previous month's numbers, offering more homes for sale in the market than there have been in a while. Buyers, get ready, your dream home is out there somewhere. Sellers? The competition is growing, which means anyone still on the fence about selling a home in Central Florida better make up their mind.
