Has modern technology always been a part of your life? Do you find yourself continually drawn to civic-minded movements? Does the idea of working remotely or in a very team-oriented setting sound appealing to you? Answering yes to these questions most likely means you’re a millennial!

Millennials (also known as Generation Y) are entering the world of home buying. In fact, the National Association of Realtors reports that millennials are the largest segment of home buyers at 35% of the market. Are you selling your home?  College Park

College Park is a quaint area located within the city of Orlando and is known for its charming bungalow-style homes and streets named after various prestigious colleges. With Rollins College just a short drive from the many interlacing neighborhoods, College Park is named just right. The area boasts unique boutique shopping, quaint dining and a number of cultural attractions.

Winter Park

Not only do the cobbled streets of Winter Park have a rich history, but the city itself is well known for its trendy shops, tasty bistros, rich festivals and ever-popular farmers market. Winter Park is a stop on the SunRail and probably one of the more popular ones at that. The nightlife is robust, and Park Avenue is considered Orlando’s very own version of Rodeo Drive.
