Flavor Run 5k

The 3rd Annual Flavor 5k is coming to Orlando this year! This fun, family-themed 5k is open to participants of all ages who are encouraged to run, skip or dance through brightly colored, fruit-flavored powder. It’s a great way to get active and get dirty. Work your way through all four flavor stations and stick around to enjoy local vendors and a kids zone. Register early since space is limited! Get more information here.
Old Town BBQ Throwdown
5770 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee

With $10,000 in prize money on the line, this state championship of barbecue is sure to bring in the best of local Central Florida and national barbecue teams. Lake Eola Farmers Market
Lake Eola Park, Downtown Orlando
Every Sunday, 10:00am-4:00pm
Warm Florida weather means that local farms are in full bloom. Take a stroll through Lake Eola and stock up on fresh produce, local honey and lots of other organic goodness. If you can’t make it to this Orlando event, the Kissimmee Valley Farmers Market is held every Tuesday from 3:00pm-7:00pm at Kissimmee Lakefront Park.
