Have you ever played that game where you are told a word and you are to reply with the first word that pops in your head after hearing it? Like if I said, "salt" you might say, "pepper" or if I said, "milk" you might say, "cookie".
We thought it would be fun to do the same thing with our agents and find out the one word they'd use to sum up working at Dream Builders Realty. In doing this, we figured you'd get a little peek into the dynamics that happen behind the scenes here (and hopefully what they think of Dream Builders Realty is reflected in the services we provide to you, the customer, too).
This week we are going to share just a few of the words our agents came up with, and next week we'll finish up the rest (because there is just too many good words to share in just one post!).

The word: care
The reason: I chose care because I think it is the fundamental root of how we operate. We genuinely care both about one another and about the clients we work with. Because we care, our service, our communication, our efforts and a plethora of other things we deal with on a day-to-day basis reflects this emotion, whether it be as a verb or a noun.

The reason: I chose conscientious because you can’t help but notice how everyone here at Dream Builders Realty wants to do right by our customers, the service providers, our co-workers and the agents at other firms. We make it a point to put ourselves in their shoes. We know how we would like to be treated - so I guess it’s a manifestation of following the “golden rule”. Conscientiousness, seems to be in short supply now a days, but not here and I wouldn't have it any other way.

The word: quality
The reason: I chose this word because Dream Builders Realty means quality. From the first contact to the closing and beyond, Dream Builders Realty does everything possible to make the buying and selling experience enjoyable. I have dealt with a lot of real estate companies on both sides of the table and there are few firms that are as high quality as Dream Builders Realty. Each agent has the right attitude and mindset to get the job done whether you are buying or selling your home, property or commercial parcel.
