All four counties saw an increase in median home prices compared to January 2019 and February 2018. Seminole County experienced the biggest increase in median home sale price with an 11.1% increase compared to February 2018, followed by Lake County with a 9.8% increase year over year. All four counties saw an increase in closed sales during the month of February, however, pending sales in February ranged anywhere from a decrease of 1.1% to an increase of 29.9%. There are still plenty of homes on the market with Central Florida having 10,339 active listings available.
