Summer is quickly approaching and now is the time to get yourself ready for that new adventure. While new pending sales have decreased in Lake and Osceola counties, Orange and Seminole are still seeing an increase in sales over last month. Lake and Osceola have also seen an increase in their median home prices month over month with Osceola at a 1.3% increase and Lake County with a 6.2% increase! There are still plenty of homes on the market with Central Florida having 9,737 active listings available.
