We hope our monthly Central Florida real estate market updates (including our market update from February 2016) help with your real estate needs when it comes to buying or selling your next home in Central Florida.

The average median price for Osceola, Orange, Lake, and Seminole counties in March was $187,600. This median sales price for homes in Central Florida continues to rise, which is great news for those on the fence about selling a home right now.

This means that an increase in new inventory has hit a standstill, making it a seller’s market if you list your home in the near future.
