Everyone wants to achieve the American dream of home ownership and those homes come in all shapes and sizes because everyone's dreams vary.
It’s not often that potential homebuyers can find a wide variety of home inventory in one place, but four communities are in various stages of development in an area northwest of Kissimmee called Tapestry. The developments are just off Osceola Parkway near The Loop and within an area bordered by Thacker Avenue on the east, Carroll Street on the west and Dyer Boulevard on the north.
From single-family homes to town homes to vacation homes (these are what we are talking about when we say BIG potential for property investment in Central Florida), the communities within Tapestry have something for everyone.
Here is a breakdown of the communities within Tapestry:
This Beazer Homes community has 11 home designs and 8 quick move-in homes. The homes start from $323,990 to $321,990 and are on 40-, 50- and 60-foot home sites. An enclosed playground and resort-style pool and cabana are among the amenities of this community. This community is well underway with homes occupied and a model home center on site.
This KB Home community has 7 floor plans beginning from $246,990 to $287,990. The Energy Star-certified homes feature kitchen islands, master bedroom retreats and dedicated laundry rooms. Future amenities include a tot lot, pool, pavilion and picnic area. A model-home center is on site and homes are under construction.
This Mattamy Homes community will feature about 1,000 single-family homes and town homes beginning in the summer. The architecturally-designed homes will be in a community with a gated entrance; fitness center and clubhouse; resort-style pool and splash park; playgrounds and parks for children; walking and biking trails; and sports fields. A sales center is coming soon to this development.
It is important to remember that bringing an experienced REALTOR® with you to visit model home centers is a necessity. Having them by your side means they come equipped with the knowledge to ask the right questions and have your best interest in mind when negotiating for your dream home.
