Dream Builders Realty shares the most up-to-date information regarding the Central Florida real estate market every month. We do this for you, the home buyer or seller, to provide you with insight on what is happening in the local market. This information can be used as a starting point in your next big real estate adventure!

We hope our monthly Central Florida real estate market updates (including our September 2016 real estate market update, where you can compare the previous month's numbers to this month's numbers) help with your real estate needs when it comes to buying or selling your next home in Central Florida.

The average median home price for Osceola, Orange, Lake, and Seminole counties in October was $201,625, an increase of over 10 percent from this time last year. The average median home price, however, is holding steady in comparison to previous months and homes are sitting on the market in Central Florida an average of 56 days, which is less time than previous months.

There are currently 11,335 active listings in Central Florida, a number that is holding steady as well. With the average days a home spends on the market in our area continuing to drop, this means buyers are actively looking for their dream home, and they are ready to make an offer and start the buying process the moment they find it. Sellers, get ready… Your home could be next!
