Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties all saw an increase in median home prices compared to October 2018, and all four counties saw a significant increase in median home prices compared to November 2017. Osceola County experienced the biggest increase in median home sale price with a 12.2% increase compared to November 2017, followed by Orange County with a 9.4% increase year over year. Osceola County, Seminole County, and Lake County all saw an increase in closed sales compared to November 2017. Osceola County saw the largest increase in closed sales year over year with a 14.7% increase, followed by Seminole County with an 8.3% increase in closed sales compared to November 2017. There are plenty of homes still on the market with Central Florida having 10,771 active listings.
