With summer in full swing, the Central Florida real estate market is seeing an increase of 10.4% in median home price compared to this time last year. Seminole County has the highest increase in median home price at 13.9%, bringing the average median home price to $249,900. Orange County is not far behind with a 12.4% increase of median home price compared to last year. Closed sales in Orange County are up 4.0% compared to May, which is great news for home sellers.
