We hope you'll use this information as a starting point in your next big real estate adventure!

We hope our monthly Central Florida real estate market updates (including our market update from December 2015) help with your real estate needs when it comes to buying or selling your next home in Central Florida.

The average median price for Osceola, Orange, Lake, and Seminole counties in January was $177,250. While this number has been increasing over the last few months, it took a 3.5 percent dip in January. With that being said, it is still up just over 13 percent from this time last year.

There are currently 11,667 active listings in Central Florida. This number is increasing from previous month's numbers, offering more homes for sale in the market than there have been in a while. Buyers, get ready – your dream home is out there somewhere. Sellers? The competition is growing, which means anyone still on the fence about selling a home in Central Florida better make up their mind.
