All four counties saw a decrease in median home prices compared to December 2018, but all counties saw an increase in pricing compared to January 2018. Osceola County experienced the biggest increase in median home sale price with an 11.7% increase compared to January 2018, followed by Lake County with a 9.5% increase year over year. All four counties saw a large decrease in closed sales during the month of January, however, there was a large increase in pending sales ranging from 19.2% to 34.2%. There are plenty of homes still on the market with Central Florida having 10,336 active listings available.
