The real estate market continues to be active as more homes are moving off the market. Closed sales in all four Central Florida counties are up with Lake County seeing the biggest increase over January with 25.2% more closed listings in February. The average median home price for Central Florida sits at $225,750 this month, a 2.6% increase compared to January and a 12.4% increase over this time last year.
