  • Active Inventory: 5,675 which is up 133.3% from January 2022
  • Pending Inventory: 3,459 which is down 20.6% from January 2022
  • Median Sales Price: $415,000 which is up 6.4% from January 2022 and holding steady over the last number of months
  • Median Time to Contract: 41 days which is up 310% from January 2022
  • Closed Sales: 1,583 which is down 37.1$ from January 2022
  • Cash Sales: 428 which is down 47.5% from January 2022
  • Months Supply of Inventory: 2.1 months which is up 200% from January 2022
