Central Florida is gearing up for that summer move-in date. There are plenty of homes available in all four counties with new pending homes up at least 15% from last month. While Orange County was the only county that saw an increase in median home prices month over month at 2.8%, they also saw a 7.9% increase compared to March 2018. Closed sales for these four counties saw an increase of between 22% and 42.6% compared to February 2019. There are still plenty of homes on the market with Central Florida having 10,104 active listings available.
