The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (“REBAC”) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. Accredited Buyer Representatives are real estate professionals focused on all aspects of buyer representation and have the training necessary to meet the needs and desires of buyers in today’s market. Less than 3% of Realtors® nationwide have earned this valuable designation and the right to be identified as an Accredited Buyer Representative.
SFR®, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource
Realtors® with the SFR certification can be a trusted resource in navigating the complexities of short sales and foreclosures. RSPS is recognized as an official NAR Certification, and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a Realtor® who specializes in buying, selling or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination, to assist them with their search.
CRP®, Certified Real Estate Professional

SRES®, Seniors Real Estate Specialist
The SRES® Council awards the SRES® Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program. By earning the SRES® designation, Realtors® demonstrate necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel customers ages 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling their family home. GRI®, Graduate, Realtor® Institute

e-PRO®, Certified Internet Professional
An e-PRO is a Realtor® who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals.
